The Gist

We know Terms pages are important but often skimmed—so here's the quick version:

  • Safe and Secure: Your data is encrypted via Supabase—we don't sell, share, or rent it beyond what's needed for job matching.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: Employers unhappy with a job posting? Email us for a case-by-case refund (e.g., if no applicants or Platform issues).
  • Cancel Anytime: No contracts or penalties—cancel your account whenever you want.
  • Trusted Platform: Hiresava is in beta, but we're building a reliable space for South African VAs and global Employers, powered by BIJI Labs LLC.

Please read the full Terms carefully—they govern your use of Hiresava ("Platform") operated by BIJI Labs LLC ("We," "Us," or "Our"), a Delaware LLC at 8 The Green #14741, Dover, DE 19901, United States. Contact: support@hiresava.com. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms (as amended without notice). If representing a company, you confirm authority to bind it. See our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. If you disagree, don't use the Platform.

1. Our Service

The Platform is a beta job board for South African VAs ("Workers") to apply for jobs posted by "Employers." It's built with Next.js and Supabase, provided "AS IS." We may modify, discontinue, or limit features/access without notice or liability (especially in beta). No guarantees on timeliness, accuracy, or data storage. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

New features are subject to these Terms. If changes are unacceptable, cancel your account—continued use means acceptance.

2. Eligibility and Registration Obligations

You must be 18+ and provide truthful information to register. Workers: Must be South African residents of legal working age; be respectful or risk banning. Employers: Post legitimate jobs with intent to fill; no NSFW/offensive requests; pay hired Workers promptly or risk banning.

Create one account via Supabase—it's exclusive to you; no sharing (e.g., agencies can't use for clients; Workers can't represent others or rent accounts). You're responsible for password confidentiality and all account activity. Notify us of unauthorized use; sign out on public devices. Violations allow termination.

3. Privacy Policy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, incorporated here.

4. Account and Access

Access is via your secure account. Delivery is typically instant post-payment (for Employers), but may vary. Contact support@hiresava.com if issues arise within 30 minutes.

5. Prices and Payment

  • Workers: Free forever—no fees.
  • Employers: Pay via Stripe to post jobs; prices as shown (in USD, inclusive of taxes). We may change prices before your order; we'll validate and notify if higher—you can cancel.

Payment must be in full via credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)—no mail/fax. We reserve the right to validate card details or refuse orders.

6. Refunds and Cancellation

No contracts—cancel anytime by emailing support@hiresava.com or via account settings. Access continues until your paid period ends. We offer case-by-case refunds for Employers (e.g., if no applicants or Platform errors)—email us; only the latest payment qualifies, no refunds older than 31 days. One per user/company.

7. License Grant and Restrictions

We grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use only. No access if you're a competitor (e.g., for benchmarking).

You shall not: (i) resell, transfer, or exploit the Platform; (ii) modify/reverse-engineer; (iii) use automated tools (e.g., robots for scraping) without permission; (iv) send viruses/interfere; (v) gain unauthorized access; (vi) circumvent frontend to harvest data.

Platform-specific rules: No adult/pornographic jobs; no tasks involving purchases/money transfers (incl. crypto); no gambling/drugs/hate/discrimination/illegal activities; jobs must fill real vacancies (no promotions/MLM/"become your own boss"); no unpaid trials/commission-only (must include base pay); no spam/harassment/fake profiles.

We reserve the right to edit/remove content (e.g., VA profiles, job posts) and share Worker details with relevant Employers.

8. Intellectual Property Ownership

We (and licensors) own all IP in the Platform (e.g., code, designs, trademarks). No ownership transfer. Suggestions/feedback become Ours. Third-party links/services are for convenience—we're not liable for them.

9. Termination

We may terminate for breaches (e.g., unauthorized sharing, violations)—no refund for unexpired terms. You must delete all Platform data upon termination. Surviving clauses (e.g., liability) remain. We may seek damages for shared access violations.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Us, affiliates, etc., from claims arising from your use, violations, or third-party interactions (incl. reasonable fees).

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is "AS IS" with no warranties (express/implied), including merchantability or fitness. No guarantees it's uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or accurate—especially in beta. Use at your own risk; we're not liable for internet delays or third-party conduct.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability won't exceed amounts you paid in the last 12 months. No liability for indirect/consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss), even if advised.

13. Local Laws

We make no representation for use outside supported regions. South African Workers: You're responsible for local compliance (e.g., labor laws).

14. Notices and Applicable Law

Notices via email to support@hiresava.com or your registered address. These Terms are governed by Delaware law; disputes in Delaware courts (exclusive jurisdiction). We encourage informal resolution first.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision is invalid, others remain. No waiver by inaction. Claims must be filed within 1 year. We may assign rights. These Terms are the entire agreement. Questions? Contact support@hiresava.com.
