How to share a video or audio introduction
If a job asks for a video or audio introduction, you do not need to upload the file directly into SAVA. You can share a link instead. The easiest options are Google Drive or Loom.
Option 1: Use Google Drive
- 1
Record your video or audio on your phone or computer.
- 2
Upload the file to Google Drive.
- 3
Right-click the file and select Share.
- 4
Change access to Anyone with the link.
- 5
Keep the permission on Viewer.
- 6
Copy the link and paste it into your application.
Most important reminder
Make sure your link is open for anyone with the link to view.
If your Google Drive file or Loom recording is private, the hiring team will not be able to watch or listen to it.
Quick test
Open the link in a private or incognito browser window before you submit it. If it works there, it should work for us too.
Option 2: Use Loom
- 1
Open Loom and record your short introduction.
- 2
Finish the recording and wait for Loom to generate the share page.
- 3
Copy the Loom link.
- 4
Double-check that the recording is viewable without requesting access.
- 5
Paste the link into your application.
What to say in your introduction
Keep it short, clear, and relevant. Aim for about 30 to 60 seconds unless the job post asks for something different.

Anything interesting or helpful we should know about you
Audio-only is fine if the job post allows it. The main goal is a working link and a short, clear introduction.

Common questions

No. You can record on your phone or computer, upload the file to Google Drive, or record directly in Loom.
What is the most important sharing setting?
Your file or recording must be set to Anyone with the link can view. If the link is private, the hiring team will not be able to open it.
How long should my introduction be?
Keep it short and clear. Aim for about 30 to 60 seconds unless the job post says otherwise.
