Our Background
Our journey began with Cherry Assistant, an agency focused on sourcing South African and Philippines VAs for international clients. Through Cherry Assistant, we've hand-sourced talent for hundreds of businesses, helping them build exceptional teams.
However, we realized that while many businesses benefit from our agency services, others prefer to handle HR themselves or find agency pricing too high for their needs. These companies still deserve access to South Africa's exceptional talent pool.
That's why we created HireSava—to give businesses the tools to reach South Africa's talent pool directly and build better teams, even when an agency isn't the right fit for them.
