Weekend Duty Executive - Short Let Company
About the role and the company hiring.
We are a fast-growing short-term property management company operating across the UK. We specialise in providing exceptional accommodation for corporate, relocation and leisure guests whilst delivering a professional property management service for our landlords.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Weekend Duty Executive to become the operational owner of the business during weekends.
Unlike our weekday structure, where responsibilities are split across specialist Guest Experience and Operations teams, this role combines both disciplines. You will be responsible for ensuring our business continues to operate smoothly throughout the weekend by coordinating guest support, maintenance issues, cleaning escalations and day-to-day operational decisions.
Success in this role is not measured by how many tasks you complete, but by your ability to prioritise effectively, make sound decisions and ensure the business is left in an excellent position for the weekday teams.

Cost effectiveness
You will be expected to determine whether an issue should:
Be resolved immediately
