About the Role:
BizWise is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to support our Sales team with client onboarding and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities
- Help clients release and cancel domains with previous providers.
- Gather and organize website edit requests from clients.
- Collect and record payment card information.
- Screen and route incoming calls professionally.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales organization.
Requirements
- Clear, American-sounding accent (or ability to do one) and excellent communication skills. (THIS IS A MUST)
- Must be able to work U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central Time).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
