Clima Solar is a fast-growing renewable energy company headquartered in Australia, expanding internationally. We specialise in premium solar installations for homes and businesses and are building high-performance teams across multiple regions.

We are now establishing a South African remote operations team — and we’re looking for someone exceptional to grow with us.

🎯 The Role

You’ll start by supporting our core operations team with:

• Customer contact (email, WhatsApp, phone coordination)

• Booking & scheduling installations

• Following up with leads and clients

• Organising job pipelines and updating CRM

• Coordinating between sales, installation and admin teams

• General operational support

As we expand our South African presence, this role can evolve into:

• Managing additional VAs

• Owning scheduling systems

• Improving processes & SOPs

• Acting as SA team lead

✔ Based in South Africa (GMT+2)
✔ Stable high-speed internet
✔ Quiet professional workspace
✔ 2+ years admin / operations experience
✔ Available for overlap with Australian business hours

💰 Compensation

Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
