ShipSense is a US-based shipping and logistics company that helps businesses manage their parcel shipping operations
We're looking for a high-energy sales rep to join our team remotely.
You'll be making a high volume of cold calls every day, following up on leads, and keeping your pipeline organized. If you're the kind of person who enjoys the phone, handles rejection well, and gets better with every call, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Make outbound cold calls to US businesses (200-300+ calls/day)
Introduce ShipSense and qualify prospects based on their shipping needs
Book discovery meetings for our sales team
Follow up with leads via phone and email
Log all activity and call notes in our CRM (HubSpot)
Join weekly team check-ins and coaching sessions
Hit daily and weekly call and meeting-booked targets
Requirements:
Clear, natural English — you must sound professional and easy to understand to US business owners
Prior back to back cold calling experience
Can work US Pacific time hours (9-5 PT)
Reliable internet connection with a quiet environment for calling
