Remote Sales Development Representative - Cold Calling / Live Transfers
We are hiring a remote Sales Development Representative to help launch a new offer selling marketing optimization services to small business owners.
This is a setter role, but not a typical “book a call and hope they show up” position. You will be speaking with small business owners, following a simple script, qualifying interest, and transitioning leads to a Zoom call to close on a $800 frontend offer. From there, a closer will take over on our high end product.
This is a great role for someone who is confident on the phone, speaks clear and easy-to-understand English, and wants a straightforward sales role with weekly pay, commission upside, and room to grow.
Compensation
165 ZAR / hour base pay
3,500 ZAR commission bonus structure on closed deals
Paid weekly
Uncapped upside for strong performance
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to small business owners
Follow a simple, proven cold calling script
Quickly identify interested and qualified prospects
Live-transfer qualified prospects & close on the frontend marketing package
Work closely with the sales team to improve scripts, objections, and transfer quality
What We’re Selling
We are selling a new marketing optimization service for small business owners. The frontend offer is $800 and is designed to be simple, clear, and easy to explain.
Who You Are
You have cold calling, appointment setting, SDR, or call center experience
You are comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
You speak clear, professional English that is easy for US business owners to understand
You can follow a script without sounding robotic
You are confident, coachable, and competitive
You can handle rejection without getting discouraged
You are reliable, responsive, and consistent
You have a quiet work environment, strong internet, and a good headset
Nice to Have
Experience calling US small business owners
Experience with marketing, advertising, lead generation, SEO, websites, or agencies
Experience using CRMs, dialers, or sales call tracking tools
Previous experience in B2B outbound sales

Full-time preferred, but strong part-time candidates may be considered
