Remote SDR for US Marketing Agency
About the role and the company hiring.
Want a real career in sales, not just another setter seat?
Smooth Operator Solutions is a US-based Meta ads agency. Our ads generate leads every day. We are hiring a Growth Associate to respond quickly, follow up consistently, and turn interested business owners into booked sales calls.
Most of your work will involve warm leads, not random cold lists. Your job is to make sure no good lead gets ignored, forgotten, or lost after a missed call.
What you will do:
Respond to new leads within minutes
Follow up with prospects who have not replied
Recover missed calls and no-shows
Reactivate old leads and past opportunities
Book qualified calls for our sales team
Keep the CRM accurate and updated every day
Show up to training, coaching, and a real path into a Sales Lead role as you prove yourself
This role is for you if:
Your spoken and written English are excellent
You work hard without needing constant supervision
You are coachable and want to improve every week
You can handle rejection and keep following up
You are competitive, reliable, and detail-oriented
You want sales to become your long-term career
Sales experience helps, but it is not required. Your communication, work ethic, and coachability matter more.
Requirements:
You must be able to work 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM SAST, which is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time
Laptop and stable internet connection
Quiet workspace for calls
Backup plan for power or internet interruptions
