Location: Remote (South Africa)
Hours: Wednesday–Saturday (6 hours/day), Sunday (4 hours)
Compensation: Competitive monthly base + performance bonuses
About Us
We are a growing Florida-based company that rents portable storage containers and refrigerated/freezer trailers throughout the Gulf Coast of Florida. Our reputation has been built on excellent customer service, fast delivery, and treating customers the right way.
We're looking for an energetic, confident salesperson who enjoys talking to people and helping businesses and homeowners solve problems.
This is not an administrative or virtual assistant position.
Your primary mission is simple:
Generate revenue.
What You'll Do
Answer inbound phone calls from customers
Call new leads within minutes of receiving them
Follow up on quotes until the customer makes a decision
Make outbound cold calls to businesses throughout Florida
Build relationships with contractors, restaurants, caterers, florists, restoration companies, property managers, moving companies, event venues, and other commercial customers
Send follow-up emails and text messages
Keep our CRM updated with accurate notes
Schedule rentals and deliveries
Help identify new business opportunities
What We're Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English
Neutral or light South African accent
Previous phone sales, appointment setting, or customer service experience
Comfortable making 75–100 outbound calls per day
Friendly, confident, and professional personality
Self-motivated and dependable
Fast learner who enjoys working in a small business environment
Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office
Performance Expectations

Calls answered
Speed of lead follow-up
Outbound calls completed
Quotes generated
Rentals booked
Revenue generated
CRM accuracy
Compensation
Competitive monthly salary based on experience
Performance bonuses tied directly to rentals booked and sales performance
