We’re a growing Los Angeles leasing agency looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up, and making things happen. You don’t need real estate experience. We’ll train you on the leasing side.
What you’ll do
You’ll manage a group of property owner and manager accounts, stay in touch with clients, and work with our team to get their available apartments rented.
Your day will include:
Calling and emailing clients to build relationships and bring in new listings.
Working with showing agents and our marketing team to generate more applications.
Following up on applications and helping move deals toward signed leases.
Checking listings and helping resolve anything that’s slowing down a rental.
Keeping your accounts organized and sharing daily updates.
What we’re looking for
Strong English, a friendly personality, and sales ability matter most.
You should be comfortable talking with people, asking questions, following up, and handling objections. Experience in sales, customer service, account management, hospitality, or recruiting can all be helpful.

Full-time hours with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.
Training on our leasing process and software.

You must be available during Los Angeles business hours and have reliable internet, a computer, and a quiet place for calls.
