Remote Property Onboarding Manager | Join a Fast-Growing UK Property Company

We are hiring a highly organised, proactive Property Onboarding Manager to join our growing UK property management company.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who loves organisation, problem-solving and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

Once a new property owner signs with MCPI Hosting, you will take ownership of getting their property from signed to live - coordinating everything required to make it compliant, operational, marketing-ready and guest-ready.

You won't be expected to sell or close new clients. Your focus begins once the deal has been signed.

You'll work closely with the Director, property owners, local contractors and our remote operations team to keep multiple property onboardings moving efficiently and ensure nothing gets missed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, property, organisation and problem-solving and gets satisfaction from taking something through a process from beginning to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

Managing Property Onboardings

• Taking ownership of newly signed properties through to launch

• Managing onboarding checklists, deadlines and outstanding actions

• Ensuring onboarding forms are completed and applicable fees are paid

• Keeping property owners updated throughout the process

• Identifying delays and blockers early and taking action to resolve them

• Managing multiple property onboardings simultaneously

Compliance & Property Readiness

• Gathering required property compliance documents

• Following up outstanding documentation

• Helping property owners arrange outstanding inspections or certificates where required

• Checking properties are properly furnished, equipped and prepared for short-term rental guests

• Coordinating access, amenities and other setup requirements

• Remotely quality controlling property readiness through photos, videos, reports and communication

Finding & Managing Local Contractors

• Researching and contacting local cleaning companies

• Sourcing professional property photographers

• Arranging property audits

• Finding handymen, maintenance contractors and other suppliers

• Comparing suppliers based on quality, availability and pricing

• Coordinating appointments and following work through to completion

• Building backup contractor contacts for each property location

Our properties are located across the UK, so being resourceful and confident finding reliable local suppliers online is an important part of the role.

Systems & Administration

• Setting new properties up within our internal systems

• Maintaining accurate property information and documentation

• Updating onboarding trackers and records

• Organising property files and information

• Preparing properties for handover to our operations team

• General administrative and operational support where required

MCPI Hosting is a growing UK-based property management company specialising in high-quality short-term accommodation for business travellers, contractors and holiday guests across the UK.

We manage the entire process for property owners, including property setup, marketing, bookings, guest communication, cleaning coordination and ongoing operations.

Our properties are marketed across major booking channels including Airbnb and Booking.com.

We invest heavily in clear systems, SOPs and processes so our remote team can work efficiently without unnecessary chaos.

Our goal is to continue expanding our managed property portfolio across the UK while maintaining a high standard of service for both property owners and guests.

IDEAL CANDIDATES:

Experience in any of the following is advantageous, but not essential, as full training and SOPs will be provided:

• Property management

• Airbnb or short-term rentals

• Hospitality

• Property or client onboarding

• Project coordination

• Administrative coordination

• Contractor or supplier management

• Virtual assistance

• Remote team environments

• Guesty, SuiteOp, Notion, Slack or similar systems

More important than having used our exact systems is being organised, resourceful, dependable and willing to learn.

WORKING HOURS:

This role will be 40 hours per week.

Monday-Friday
09:00-17:00 UK time

You must be reliably available and responsive during these hours.
