You'll be doing live outreach on streaming platforms 8-10 hours a day, 6 days a week. You'll hear "no" dozens of times a day. You'll get ignored. You'll get blocked. And you'll come back the next morning and do it again.

We're a production company that works with content creators. Deals close daily. We need one outreach specialist to drive the top of our pipeline. You go onto live streaming platforms, identify creators who fit our profile, start conversations using scripts we provide, and collect contact info. You're a talent scout opening doors. The team handles everything after you.
What the day looks like:
Log in. Clock in via Time Doctor (yes, your screen is monitored). Open the scout dashboard. Start prospecting. Hit your daily KPI targets. Minimum 5 qualified sends per day. At the end of your shift, report your numbers: opens, pitches, sends. Every day. No exceptions.
This is a structured, KPI-driven sales role. Not a VA gig. Not a "work when you feel like it" position. You have set hours, daily targets, and a 2-week paid probation before full confirmation. If you miss targets repeatedly, you're out. If you perform, you grow.
What we need from you:
Native-level English (written and spoken). This is non-negotiable. Sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or chat-based outreach experience. Ability to follow a script exactly as written while reading social cues in live conversations. Thick skin. Rejection is the job. Coachability. When we hand you updated scripts, you run them without argument and give feedback after. Reliability. You say 7 AM, you're on at 7 AM. This one trait matters more than anything else on this list.
