Your main responsibility will be calling homeowners, introducing our services, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. Or managing the following.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to homeowners using our company dialer
Follow a provided script while sounding natural and conversational
Offer free exterior inspections for roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and other home improvement services
Handle basic homeowner questions and objections
Schedule qualified appointments
Add notes and update call statuses inside our CRM
Follow company calling and Do Not Call procedures
Requirements
Excellent spoken English
Clear and professional speaking voice
Confident and friendly on the phone
Previous cold calling, appointment setting, telesales, or call center experience preferred
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Reliable computer and stable internet connection
Quiet working environment
Dependable and punctual
Able to work during U.S. business hours
Home improvement experience is not required. Training will be provided.
Schedule
20 hours per week
Approximately 4 hours per day
Work during U.S. Central Time business hours
Additional hours may become available based on performance
Compensation
R85 per hour + performance bonuses
Bonuses are available for verified, qualified appointments.
Appointments must be legitimate and meet company requirements to qualify for bonuses.
