Location: Remote, based in the UK or South Africa
Engagement: Freelance / self-employed, invoiced monthly
Hours: Flexible - you set your own working pattern
Pay: £900/month retainer + uncapped commission and bonuses. Around £1,940/month at target, £2,300+ in strong months, with a guaranteed £1,200/month for your first 2 months
About us
MCPI Hosting manages Airbnb and short-term rental properties for landlords across the UK. We handle everything from listing and pricing to guest communication and cleaning, so our landlords earn more from their properties without the hassle. We're growing fast, and we've set ourselves a clear target: 100 properties under management by 30th November 2027. The biggest thing standing between us and that goal is bringing in more of the right landlords. That's where you come in.
The role
This isn't an appointment-setting job, and it isn't a "follow the script and clock off" role either. You'll work directly with our Director to own the front end of our acquisition process - from the moment a landlord enquires to the moment they sign - and you'll have a real say in how we find and win new landlords.
Most of your pay comes from results. That means your ideas for getting better leads, increasing show-rates and more signed landlords don't just help the business - they go straight into your pocket.

What you'll do
Winning landlords (paid on results)
Call new landlord enquiries within 5 minutes of them coming in - and be there when landlords are ready to talk, whether that's 10am or 7pm on WhatsApp
Qualify or disqualify leads so only the right landlords reach a management call
Book qualified landlords into management calls with our Director
Nurture leads and prospects across WhatsApp, email and SMS
Follow up leads who haven't answered or booked yet
Follow up prospects after their management call until they sign
Running the machine (covered by your retainer)
Pipeline management: keep CRM notes and property images up to date before calls, send and edit management agreements, and send landlords the right information after their call
Referrers and property sourcers: build and manage relationships with referral partners and deal sourcers
Website: a weekly update to help turn more visitors into enquiries
Email campaigns: prepare and send our weekly landlord email campaign
Handovers: hand signed landlords over smoothly to our Onboarding Manager
Improving how we grow
Work with us on our Meta ads, website, referrals and email campaigns to bring in more, better-quality leads
Spot what's working and what isn't, and bring ideas to improve show rates, lead quality and conversions
What we're looking for
Based in the UK or South Africa
Excellent spoken and written English, and genuinely confident on the phone with landlords and property investors
Driven, competitive and motivated by earning more when you perform
Takes ownership - you'd rather suggest a better way than wait to be told
Organised enough to keep a busy pipeline tidy with nothing slipping through the cracks
Comfortable with tools like Slack, Notion and Google Workspace (or quick to pick them up)
Your own computer and reliable internet
Nice to have: experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, lettings, property or short-term rentals. Not essential - attitude and drive matter more to us than your CV.
Pay
Simple, uncapped and easy to track.
Monthly retainer: £900
Covers your core weekly deliverables - pipeline management, referrer relationships, website update, email campaign and handovers.
Results pay (uncapped)

Your first 2 months
Landlord deals take a few weeks to come through, so we guarantee you at least £1,200/month for your first 2 months while your pipeline builds. If your results earn you more, you get more.

Pay is reviewed after 3 months. As our closing capacity grows, so does your earning potential.
How it works
Fully remote, freelance / self-employed. You're responsible for your own tax and any social security contributions where you live
Flexible hours - you choose how and when you work. Landlords don't only decide 9-5, and the best people in this role are there when a landlord is ready to sign
Invoiced monthly, with a clear monthly breakdown of your results
3-month probation period with 7 days' notice, then 30 days' notice after that
