Reddit Team Manager
About the role and the company hiring.
We're a creator management agency. Our Reddit team drives traffic to our models' accounts, and we have 13 posting VAs producing results right now. We need one person to own the operation — push the numbers up and make sure nothing slips.
This is one role, one hire, long-term.
What you'll do:
Review daily VA reports, spot problems fast, hold the team accountable
Track which subreddits are performing, which are dying, and where to test next
Manage account routing and warm-up handoffs before accounts scale
Track content usage and performance
Coach VAs on captions with direct, specific feedback
Escalate urgent issues immediately: shadowbans, broken links, verification problems, sudden drops
You need:
Real Reddit knowledge — how subreddits filter posts, what gets removed, the difference between karma farming and actual engagement
Experience managing people, not just doing the work yourself
Strong attention to detail — you notice the wrong subreddit, the stale caption format, the VA who's quietly coasting
Comfort with spreadsheets and making decisions from views, upvotes, and conversion data
Fluent written and spoken English
Reliable internet and computer
