Remote Recruitment Resourcer
Location: South Africa – Fully Remote

Ascension is a UK-based recruitment and labour management business specialising predominantly within the Electrical sector.
We are looking for a confident and proactive Recruitment Resourcer to come on board.
The role will primarily involve sourcing, contacting and screening candidates for vacancies across the UK /EU Electrical/ construction industry.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, databases and LinkedIn
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates
Conduct telephone screening and vetting
Obtain and verify candidate references
Check qualifications, experience and availability
Maintain accurate candidate records
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming projects
Assist with candidate registration and compliance
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
Confident and professional on the telephone
Fluent in spoken and written English
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Friendly and able to build rapport quickly
Organised and detail-focused
Proactive and able to work independently
Comfortable working towards targets
Previous recruitment experience is preferred, although candidates with strong telesales, call centre or telephone-based customer service experience will also be considered.
You must have a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet and a professional home-working environment.
