Part-Time Social Media Content Coordinator
About the role and the company hiring.
We are looking for a reliable and organised South African team member to help manage social media content for two Australian businesses:
• Clear Chiropractic, a family chiropractic clinic
• Quality Seal Australia, a joint sealing and caulking business
This is initially a simple content coordination and posting role, rather than a senior marketing or paid advertising position.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Preparing clear, natural captions from photos, videos and topics we provide
• Creating simple Canva graphics when required
• Sending posts to us in weekly batches for approval
• Scheduling approximately 2–3 posts per week for Clear Chiropractic
• Scheduling approximately 1–2 posts per week for Quality Seal Australia
• Keeping a simple content calendar and content folders organised
• Suggesting practical content ideas as you become familiar with the businesses
We will provide direction, brand information and most of the photos and videos. Advanced video editing, filming and paid advertising are not part of the initial role.
We are looking for someone who:
• Writes natural, accurate English
• Is confident using Canva and Meta Business Suite
• Is organised, dependable and follows through
• Pays attention to spelling, dates and small details
• Is comfortable receiving feedback and making changes
• Wants a stable, long-term role that can gradually grow
The role may later expand to include more content planning, additional businesses and personal-brand content.
We prefer consistency and good communication over promises of overnight social media growth.
