Part-Time Sales Follow-Up & Client Liaison — Sydney Roof and Gutter Cleaning Company
About the role and the company hiring.
The role:
• After we send a client a quotation (Sydney afternoon, roughly 1-5pm), you’ll call within 1-2 hours to follow up and see if they’re ready to book in
• Log call outcomes and client updates in our CRM and ServiceM8
• Message clients via WhatsApp as needed
• Send friendly, professional follow-up emails
• Majority of the role is outbound phone calls — a confident, warm phone manner is essential
Hours: Monday-Friday, ~2-4 hours/day (flexible), roughly 5-9am South African time to line up with our Sydney afternoon
We provide: An Australian phone number that connects directly to your own phone for making and receiving client calls
You’ll need:
• Fairly strong spoken and written English
• Confidence making outbound calls and handling light objections
• Experience with WhatsApp, CRM systems, and ideally ServiceM8 (or quick to learn)
• Reliable internet and a quiet space to take calls
