Part-Time Customer Success Agent (Remote, US Hours) – eCommerce Company

We're a fast-growing US eCommerce company in the pet health space. Our customers are loyal, caring pet owners. We want every conversation with them to feel personal, quick, and helpful.
The role
You'll cover our US-timezone support shift so customers get help around the clock. You'll work alongside our Asia-based Customer Success lead, who will train you and give you our written SOPs.
Schedule & pay
~15 hours/week: every Sunday + 2–3 weekdays, US hours
$6/hr to start, paid on time every month
Clear path to full-time as we grow
What you'll do
Answer customer emails and chats (order status, subscriptions, product questions, returns)
Update orders, addresses, and subscriptions in our store tools
Escalate refunds and unusual cases using our set rules
Log issues and patterns so we can improve
Follow the SOPs and help improve them
You're a fit if you
Write excellent, warm, native-level English
Have 1+ year in customer support (eCommerce preferred)
Have used help-desk or store tools. Gorgias, Shopify, or a CRM like GoHighLevel is a plus.
Are reliable, and have stable internet plus a backup for load-shedding
Love animals (bonus!)
