Company: Shine Pros Exterior Cleaning Location: Based in Victoria, BC (Remote: South Africa preferred) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM Pacific Time (Currently part-time with flexibility to start at 9:00 AM. Opportunity to expand to full-time hours in Spring 2027) Compensation: $8 USD per hour base + $5 USD uncapped commission per closed sale (inbound and outbound)
About Us: Shine Pros Exterior Cleaning is a fast-growing, husband-and-wife-run exterior cleaning business based in Victoria, BC. We specialize in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and roof cleaning. We treat our team like family, and as we grow, we are looking for a dedicated partner to take over our customer service and help us consistently deliver top-quality results.
While this role starts as part-time, we are rapidly scaling up. As we enter our busy season and add more field technicians in Spring 2027, there will be immediate opportunities to extend your hours or transition into a full-time role. To help us get there, we need somebody who is highly organized, personable, friendly, great on the phone, and knows how to close a sale.
The Role: We are looking for a hybrid Administrative Assistant and Inside Sales Specialist. You will be the primary point of contact for our business during our peak mid-day hours.
Speed to lead is everything to us. When a customer calls or fills out a form, they need an immediate response. Your main focus will be managing inbound calls, actively working our CRM to close leads quickly, dispatching our crews, and keeping our operations running smoothly. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
Sales & Lead Management
Speed to Lead: Respond to all incoming calls, emails, and lead forms immediately. In our industry, the first company to answer the phone gets the job.
Inbound & Outbound Phone Sales: Act as the primary dispatcher and closer during your shift.
Quoting & Closing: Provide over-the-phone quotes for standard jobs and confidently ask for the sale.
Customer Reactivation: Proactively reach out to our database of past customers to rebook seasonal services.
CRM Mastery: Keep our customer database flawlessly organized so no lead falls through the cracks.
Operations & Customer Success
"Happy Calls" & Quality Assurance: Call customers shortly after their service is completed. If they are happy, send a review link. If they are unhappy, immediately schedule a touch-up visit with the responsible technician.
Crew Dispatching & Calendar Management: Schedule jobs efficiently and communicate with our field crews to ensure tight routing and maximized daily revenue.
Administration & Marketing
Accounts Receivable: Track down outstanding invoices and politely but firmly collect payments.
Social Media: Create and schedule basic social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) showcasing recent work, before-and-after photos, and promotions.

Great at Sales: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone, make outbound calls, collect payments, and confidently close warm leads.
Hyper-Organized: You can juggle a ringing phone, a crew asking for directions, and a CRM update without breaking a sweat.
Time Zone Alignment: You must be perfectly comfortable working evening hours locally to align with our Pacific Time operational window. Punctuality and focus during these hours are non-negotiable.
Tech-Savvy: You have experience with CRM software, scheduling tools, and social media platforms.
