About Us
We are Koala Cleans Ltd, a fast-growing commercial cleaning company based in the UK. We are looking for a top-tier Outbound BDR & Email Specialist to act as the tip of the spear for our sales engine.
Your sole objective is to navigate gatekeepers, qualify decision-makers, and book site walk-throughs for the manager. If you can consistently book qualified meetings, you will be generously compensated with a promotion of premium hourly base plus bonuses.
Core Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach
Conduct cold calls to engage UK commercial decision-makers and pitch our value proposition.
Send highly personalised email sequences and strategic LinkedIn touchpoints to target contacts.
Follow up persistently across multiple channels to warm up cold prospects.
Handle objections confidently, navigate gatekeepers, and qualify prospect interest levels.
Track all outreach activities, call outcomes, and responses in our CRM and Google Master Tracker.
Meeting & Appointment Setting
Schedule qualified site walk-throughs and discovery meetings for the Founder.
Coordinate meeting times between prospective clients and sales leadership.
Prepare meeting briefs detailing venue background, current provider setup, and client needs.
Send calendar invites and confirmation reminders to prevent no-shows.
Update CRM records with meeting statuses and next steps.
Pipeline Management & Reporting
Track daily, weekly, and monthly activity metrics.
Report on lead generation performance and conversion rates.
Analyse outreach effectiveness and optimise messaging to improve booking rates.
Collaborate with sales leadership on lead quality feedback.
Forecast pipeline contribution and meeting volume.
Requirements
Proven B2B Experience: A solid track record of B2B cold calling. Experience calling into the UK market and handling UK gatekeepers is a massive advantage.
Speed and Efficiency: Ability to work quickly under pressure, producing quality results and showing rapid progress during the training period.
Impeccable Spoken English: Exceptionally clear and professional English (a neutral, South African, or UK accent is strongly preferred).
Tech Setup: A completely quiet working environment, a noise-cancelling headset (or Krisp.ai software), and high-speed internet (ping strictly under 50ms).
Coachability: Takes feedback well and adapts instantly.
Hours & Compensation
Schedule: Part-time starting at 15 to 20 hours per week. Must be available to dial during UK business hours (between 8:30 AM and 13:00 PM GMT).
Growth: Hours and base pay are reviewed quarterly for long-term progression.
Pay: Premium competitive hourly rate plus a lucrative performance bonus for every qualified site walk-through booked.
Our Interview Process
We move fast. Shortlisted candidates will undergo an online roleplay interview, followed by a live trial making calls to UK landlines to evaluate execution. This also includes a short assessment on delivering personalised emails to our list of prospects.
