We’re looking for a highly driven, organised individual to join our team as a Mortgage Lead Conversion Specialist.
Your role is simple but critical — convert inbound leads into booked appointments for our mortgage advisers.
You will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, setting the tone for the client experience and ensuring no opportunity is missed.
This is a sales-focused role, not admin. Speed, energy, and follow-up are everything.
Key Responsibilities
Contact all new leads immediately via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Qualify clients and book appointments into advisers’ diaries
Consistently follow up with unresponsive leads (multiple touchpoints)
Keep all activity updated within our CRM (Pipedrive)
Work closely with advisers to ensure smooth handovers
Re-engage older leads and nurture missed opportunities
Maintain a high level of professionalism and energy in every interaction
Targets & Performance
Number of calls made daily
Contact rate on new leads
Appointment booking rate
Speed of first contact (this is critical)
Overall lead-to-appointment conversion
What We’re Looking For
Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Enthusiastic clear telephone voice.
Driven by targets and performance
Fast-paced and proactive — you don’t wait, you act
Strong communication skills (phone, WhatsApp, email)
Previous sales or call handling experience preferred (not essential)
