Job Description

We are a fast-growing Video Marketing Agency managing over 20+ clients. We help businesses scale through data-driven video ads. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Data & Ad Ops Assistant to join our team long-term.

As our "Guardian of the Data," you will be the final line of defense, ensuring our ad uploads are flawless and our client reports are 100% accurate.

The Role
You will be the bridge between our creative and data teams. Your mission is to ensure ads go live without errors and that our client tracking sheets are always the "single source of truth."

Responsibilities
1. Ad Operations (Ad Ops):

Upload video ads and creative assets to Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager.

Ensure all naming conventions and tracking parameters (UTMs) are strictly followed.

Double-check ad copy, headlines, and links before hitting "Publish."

2. Data & KPI Tracking:

Work with our team to pull daily/weekly performance metrics.

Manually verify and update KPI tracking spreadsheets for 25+ clients.

Audit sheets to spot inconsistencies and alert Account Managers if data looks "off."

3. Project & Time Management:

Use ClickUp to manage daily tasks, subtasks, and deadlines.

Use GoHighLevel (GHL) for CRM management and internal workflows. Lead form mapping for meta and building automations.

Accurate time-tracking within our designated tools for transparency and reporting.

Requirements
Obsessive Attention to Detail: You spot a missing UTM or a typo from a mile away.

Ad Platform Experience: Familiarity with the backend of Meta Ads Manager (you don’t need to be a media buyer, but you must know how to navigate and upload).

Software Proficiency: Experience with GoHighLevel and ClickUp is required.

Spreadsheet Mastery: Proficient in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are a huge plus).

Reliability: A fast internet connection (100 Mbps+) and a solid backup power plan.

Benefits
Long-term, stable employment with a growing agency.

Comprehensive training on our specific systems and workflows.

A supportive, fast-paced team environment.

How to Apply
To prove you are the detail-oriented person we need, please follow these steps exactly. Applications that miss a step will be automatically disqualified.

Subject Line: "I am your Meta Assistant - [Your Name]"

The Intro Video: Include a link (Loom or YouTube) to a brief video (1–2 mins) introducing yourself and explaining exactly why you are a great fit for this specific role.

The Data: In the body of your message, include:

A link to your OnlineJobs.ph or LinkedIn profile.

A screenshot of your internet speed. We will also ask for a test during your interview.

A summary of your experience with Facebook Ads Manager.

A power backup generator in case the power goes out.

Your desired monthly salary (in USD).
