About Us
Davis Capital & Insurance Corp is a U.S.-based insurance agency specializing in Medicare Advantage (MA), D-SNP, Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and ancillary health products. We're building a high-performance, disciplined sales organization and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a growing team of licensed Medicare agents.
Role Summary
The Medicare Sales Manager will oversee the daily activity, coaching, and performance of a team of Medicare sales agents. This role is responsible for driving production, ensuring compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines, and building a culture of accountability across the team. You will work closely with U.S. leadership to execute sales strategy, monitor KPIs, and support agent development.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day performance of a team of Medicare agents (attendance, activity, production)
Conduct daily huddles, call reviews, and coaching sessions to improve close rates
Track and report team KPIs (call volume, conversion, retention, chargebacks) to leadership
Ensure all agent activity adheres to CMS and carrier compliance requirements — escalate any compliance concerns immediately, do not self-resolve
Support onboarding and ramp-up of newly licensed/contracted agents
Identify underperformers early and implement improvement plans
Partner with Training, Onboarding, and Accounting teams on agent readiness, licensing status, and commission issues
Maintain accurate records in CRM/dashboard systems
Provide weekly performance summaries and escalate risks or blockers to leadership
Requirements
Must have prior Medicare sales experience and working knowledge of Medicare regulations (CMS guidelines, marketing/compliance rules) — non-negotiable, no exceptions
Prior experience managing or supervising a sales team (insurance or call center experience strongly preferred)
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Comfortable with CRM tools, dashboards, and remote collaboration platforms (Zoom, Slack, Airtable, etc.)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work setup
Available to work U.S. business hours (specific shift to be confirmed)
High attention to detail and comfort working within a compliance-driven environment
Compensation & Benefits
$10.00/hour (USD), paid on a regular schedule
