Job Title: GoHighLevel (GHL) Administrator — Part-Time / Contract
About the Role: We’re a real estate media production company in Las Vegas looking for an experienced GoHighLevel administrator to build out our CRM ecosystem, including an AI Knowledge Base and Voice AI receptionist. This is primarily a one-time build project with light ongoing maintenance after. We’re not just looking for someone to execute a checklist — we want someone who brings ideas, spots opportunities we haven’t considered, and helps us build the best possible system for our business, not just the one we initially describe.
What You’ll Do:
Build and configure our GoHighLevel Knowledge Base (business info, FAQs, pricing/services)
Set up an AI Voice Agent (phone receptionist) connected to the Knowledge Base
Review and clean up existing workflows/automations as needed
Proactively suggest new automations, integrations, or AI use cases we haven’t thought of — we want someone who helps shape what our GHL ecosystem could be, not just someone who builds what we ask for
Document everything clearly (written guide or screen recordings) so our internal team can make basic tweaks after handoff
Provide a training walkthrough call before project completion
Available for a small monthly retainer afterward (2–3 hrs/month) for troubleshooting and minor adjustments
Requirements:
Proven, hands-on experience building GoHighLevel Voice AI agents with Knowledge Base integration (not just basic chatbots) — please share examples or a portfolio
Experience with GHL workflows, automations, and Conversation AI
Strong written and spoken English communication
Comfortable training a non-technical business owner and team member to self-manage the system after handoff
Nice to Have:
Experience with real estate or local service business CRMs
Experience with CSV/table knowledge sources in GHL
Project Structure:
Phase 1: Full build (fixed price or hourly, your quote)
Phase 2: Ongoing retainer, 2–3 hrs/month as needed
