Role Overview

We're growing and need a sharp, personable, and highly organized Customer Success Specialist to be the connective tissue between our customers and our operations. You'll be a key point of contact for inbound and outbound customer communication, help coordinate scheduling and project workflows, and contribute to our email marketing efforts.

 

This is a remote-first role open to candidates based in South America or South Africa. We value coachability, work ethic, and genuine care for customers above years of experience.

 

What You'll Do

•      Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and clarity

•      Schedule in-home assessments, installations, and follow-up visits, coordinating between customers and our field team

•      Track and manage customer projects from initial inquiry through installation and post-sale follow-up

•      Assist with email marketing campaigns — drafting content, maintaining lists, and reporting on performance

•      Maintain accurate records in our CRM and communicate updates across the team

•      Proactively follow up with leads and existing customers to drive sales and ensure satisfaction

•      Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions

•      Escalate issues quickly and help resolve concerns in a way that preserves trust

 

What We're Looking For:

Required:

•      Strong spoken and written English (C1 or higher — this is non-negotiable as all customer interactions are in English)

•      Excellent interpersonal skills — warm, empathetic, and professional on the phone

•      Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

•      Comfortable with scheduling software, CRM tools, and email platforms (training provided)

•      Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work environment

•      A genuine desire to learn and be coached — we'll invest in you if you invest in us

 

Nice to Have:

•      Prior experience in customer service, sales, or account management

•      Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)

•      Experience in healthcare, home services, or senior care industries

•      Basic project coordination or scheduling experience
