Credit Repair Specialist / Client Success Specialist
Position: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Credit Repair Specialist who can support our clients throughout their entire experience with our company. This role combines credit knowledge, customer service, client education, onboarding, administrative support, and client retention.
Responsibilities
Credit Evaluations
Review consumer credit reports and identify negative accounts, utilization issues, payment history concerns, and other factors affecting the client’s credit profile.
Conduct credit evaluations with clients by phone or video.
Clearly explain credit reports and recommended next steps in simple language.
Help clients understand the credit improvement process without making guarantees about deletions, scores, or timelines.
Customer Service & Client Support
Communicate with clients through phone, text, and email.
Answer questions about their membership, credit reports, dispute progress, and next steps.
Provide professional and friendly support when clients have concerns.
Follow up with clients who need additional assistance.
Client Onboarding
Help new clients complete the onboarding process.
Make sure required documents and credit monitoring are properly set up.
Explain how the program works and what clients should expect.
Make sure client information and notes are properly documented in the CRM.
Client Retention
Follow up with clients who are considering pausing or canceling.
Review the client’s progress and help them understand the value of continuing when appropriate.
Educate clients about realistic credit-improvement timelines and expectations.
Identify client concerns and work with the team to resolve them.
Educational Content
Help create simple educational content about credit.
Assist with videos, scripts, FAQs, client guides, emails, and social media education.
Explain topics such as utilization, payment history, collections, credit-building accounts, and general credit habits in an easy-to-understand way.
Administrative Support
Update client notes, statuses, tasks, and follow-ups.
Review client accounts for missing information or required action.
Help organize appointments and credit evaluations.
Complete administrative tasks directly related to client accounts and the credit-repair process.
Work closely with the dispute, sales, and management teams.
What We’re Looking For
Previous credit repair or consumer credit experience preferred.
Strong understanding of credit reports and the three major credit bureaus.
Comfortable reviewing Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion reports.
Strong phone, text, and email communication skills.
Excellent customer-service skills.
Able to explain complicated credit topics in simple language.
Organized and comfortable managing multiple clients and follow-ups.
Comfortable working with CRMs and credit-repair software.
Strong attention to detail.
Professional, patient, and confident speaking with clients.
Able to follow company procedures and compliance guidelines.
