The Role

This is not a traditional marketing role.

This is a Content Manager / Content Operator role responsible for owning the end-to-end content engine for the founder’s personal brand and Duke BCG.

Your job is to take ideas, conversations, and insights and turn them into consistent, high-quality content across platforms.

Key Outcomes You Own

1. Content Creation & Ghostwriting

  • Turn rough ideas, voice notes, or bullet points into polished LinkedIn posts

  • Capture the founders tone, voice, and perspective

  • Extract content from:

    • Client conversations

    • Internal notes

    • Existing posts and materials

2. Content Repurposing Engine

  • Convert LinkedIn posts into blog articles

  • Turn blogs into multiple LinkedIn posts

  • Repurpose content into:

    • Carousels

    • Email-style posts

    • Short-form insights

👉 One idea = multiple assets

3. Publishing & Distribution

  • Schedule and publish LinkedIn posts

  • Upload and format blogs on the website

  • Add images, formatting, and basic SEO

  • Ensure consistent weekly publishing cadence

4. Content Operations & Consistency

  • Maintain a content calendar (simple, not over-engineered)

  • Keep a backlog of ideas and drafts

  • Ensure nothing stalls or gets forgotten

  • Track what performs well and double down on it

5. Founder Leverage

  • Reduce the founders content creation time to ~1 hour/week

  • Make content feel effortless on her end

  • Proactively bring ideas, drafts, and opportunities

What Success Looks Like (90 Days)

  • Content is being published consistently without Stephany initiating it

  • Stephany spends minimal time creating content (mostly reviewing/approving)

  • Engagement and visibility on LinkedIn remain strong or improve

  • Website blog is active and aligned with LinkedIn content

  • A repeatable content system is in place

Who You Are

  • Strong writer who can adapt to someone else’s voice

  • Fast, proactive, and execution-focused

  • Comfortable working with minimal direction

  • Organized and reliable with deadlines

  • Understands what works on LinkedIn (hooks, structure, clarity)

  • Able to turn messy ideas into clear, compelling content

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent writing and editing skills

  • Experience with LinkedIn content or personal brand content

  • Ability to repurpose content across formats

  • Familiarity with basic website/blog publishing (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience ghostwriting for founders or executives

  • Basic design skills (Canva or similar)

  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals

  • Experience turning long-form into short-form content

What This Role Is NOT

  • Not a high-level marketing strategist

  • Not someone who needs constant direction or content prompts

  • Not focused on paid ads or complex funnels

This is a builder + executor role.
