This is not a 'basic data entry' role. We are looking for an 'Engine Room' partner who takes extreme ownership of data accuracy.
We don’t care if you’ve used Airtable or Google Ads before, we will train you. What we do care about is that you notice a double-space in an email or a missing digit in a phone number instantly. You are the kind of person who flags a problem before it affects the client.
1. What is this role?
You are the "engine room" of our advertising team. Your job is to make sure our systems are running, and our data is accurate. No experience in any of the tools is required; full training and guides are provided.
We are looking for strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proactive actions, rather than prior marketing expertise.
By keeping clients thoroughly informed on their results, you will minimise the necessity for lengthy update meetings, ensuring they feel confident in our ongoing progress.

2. Your Main Responsibilities
Data Integrity and Maintenance
Ensure all core data sources (Ad spend, Analytics, Search Console, and Lead Stage data from CRM/manual entry) are accurately imported and up-to-date daily. Maintain data cleanliness by correctly tagging spam, duplicates, and test leads, and ensuring leads are linked to the correct month and page. Confirm Google Ads is recording conversions correctly, including ensuring that successful applications (offline conversions) are imported back into Google Ads, and flag any discrepancies. Monitor content pages for Google indexing and check that the content plan matches call notes.
Performance Analysis and Quality Control
Monitor performance trends, checking key metrics like accurate cost per lead/green/gold, page conversion rate, no contact %, and adherence to budget. Analyze test results (like A/B tests after 100 visits) to determine the winning version. Act as the final quality control check for all ads and websites to ensure zero spelling or grammar mistakes. Monitor Search Console for impressions and clicks trend to identify any issues.
Team and Client Communications
Manage internal communication by checking Slack for outstanding tasks from previous meetings/comms, and setting tasks for the team after client calls. Proactively update clients on new ads, progress, spend, and relevant changes, and confirm report summaries with the team before sharing with the client, to ensure clients are fully aware of progress and shorten call times. Bring any client questions to the team for accurate and timely answers.
