Effortless Beauty is a Tennessee based wedding hair and makeup company serving Knoxville, Sevierville, Chattanooga and Nashville areas. This Role

  • Create Proposals for New Leads

  • Perform sales information calls with clients

  • Lead Follow Up

    • Maintain client communication (ie: answering questions, proposal revisions, etc.)

    • Maintain correct automation / tasks reminders for every project

    • Keep Honeybook Tasks up to date

  • Enter Leads into CRM from lead sources and follow lead process. 

    • Wedding Wire / Knot

    • Zola, Our Day

    • Smokey Mountain Wedding Collective

  • Maintain profiles on various website and lead sources

  • Maintain organization and accuracy of sales resources and documents (ie: sales pricing list, venue/vendor list, SOP’s)

  • Maintain accuracy of data in CRM. 

  • Ensure that the Operations Coordinator has all the information needed after the project is booked - new booking notes. 

  • Participate in Weekly one-on-one meetings with Manager and Admin Team huddles

  • Inputting Sales KPIs into a centralized tracking system.

  • Help with new lead strategy outreaches

Requirements 

  • Proficient in writing 

  • Great on the phone with clients

  • Sales / Customer Service experience

  • Reliable high-speed internet and backup power

  • Must be available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours

  • Go-getter mentality 

  • Great with people

  • Ability to learn software and company programs

Success Statements

  1. Proposals are prepared and sent accurately and promptly.

  1. Sent: to all parties that need them

  2. Propt: within 24 hours

  3. Accurate: no mistakes

  1. Communication with Leads and Clients is prompt, effective, follows process and on-brand

    1. Responses to client questions

    2. Follow ups with leads (email, phone, text) happen in a timely sequence based on designed automations.

    3. Every Lead has had one or multiple touchpoints within a 30 day period

  2. Data entry is accurate and centralized in CRM. 

    1. Entering lead notes

    2. Entering proposal information

  3. New Lead outreach strategies are supported and maintained. 

    1. updates to lead generators

    2. blog posts, affiliate outreach, vendor and venue relationships

  4. Relationship with the Manager is effective, collaborative and trustworthy. 

    1. Weekly meeting 

    2. Daily huddles and communication 

Compensation

  • Full-time position

  • R29,500–R30,000 per month (ZAR)

  • Paid weekly

  • Performance bonuses available
