This Role
Create Proposals for New Leads
Perform sales information calls with clients
Lead Follow Up
Maintain client communication (ie: answering questions, proposal revisions, etc.)
Maintain correct automation / tasks reminders for every project
Keep Honeybook Tasks up to date
Enter Leads into CRM from lead sources and follow lead process.
Wedding Wire / Knot

Maintain profiles on various website and lead sources
Maintain organization and accuracy of sales resources and documents (ie: sales pricing list, venue/vendor list, SOP’s)
Maintain accuracy of data in CRM.
Ensure that the Operations Coordinator has all the information needed after the project is booked - new booking notes.
Participate in Weekly one-on-one meetings with Manager and Admin Team huddles
Inputting Sales KPIs into a centralized tracking system.
Help with new lead strategy outreaches

Proficient in writing
Great on the phone with clients
Sales / Customer Service experience

Must be available to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Proposals are prepared and sent accurately and promptly.

Communication with Leads and Clients is prompt, effective, follows process and on-brand
Responses to client questions
Follow ups with leads (email, phone, text) happen in a timely sequence based on designed automations.
Every Lead has had one or multiple touchpoints within a 30 day period
Data entry is accurate and centralized in CRM.

Entering proposal information
New Lead outreach strategies are supported and maintained.

Full-time position
R29,500–R30,000 per month (ZAR)
