Job Description

We are a U.S.-based fintech compliance company helping founders launch regulated financial businesses — remittance companies, neobanks, crypto platforms, and cross-border operators entering the U.S. market.

Our deals range from $8,000 to $72,000. One closed deal can earn you $400–$3,600 in commission. We are looking for a full-time LinkedIn Appointment Setter who knows how to find the right people and start the right conversations.


What You'll Do

  • Run daily outbound outreach via LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Research and assess prospects before reaching out — quality over quantity

  • Identify decision-makers who match our ICP (founders, CEOs, COOs of fintech and payment companies)

  • Initiate conversations, qualify interest, and book discovery calls onto our closer's calendar

  • Track all activity and pipeline accurately

This is not a closing role and it is not a volume-blasting role. We need someone who can read a LinkedIn profile, assess fit, and engage thoughtfully.

Compensation

  • 5% commission on all closed revenue from deals you source

  • Average deal size: $8,000–$72,000

  • A single closed deal earns you $400–$3,600

  • On-Target Earnings: $3,000–$6,000/month for consistent performers

  • Performance-based — your income reflects your output


Role Requirements

  • Full-time availability — this is not a side project or part-time role

  • Must work Eastern Time Zone hours (9am–5pm ET), Monday through Friday

  • Prior B2B LinkedIn appointment setting experience specifically

  • Demonstrated ability to assess LinkedIn profiles and identify decision-maker fit before outreach

  • Experience messaging founders, CEOs, and C-suite executives

  • Strong written English and professional communication

  • Self-managed with consistent daily output

Applicants without direct B2B LinkedIn setting experience will not be considered. Applicants who cannot commit to full-time Eastern Time hours will not be considered.
