We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate who:

We are:
- A rapidly growing Serviced Accommodation/Vacation Rental Management business
- Marketing our properties on Online Travel Agent (OTA) websites such as Airbnb, Booking_dot_dom and others
- Dealing with both leisure and corporate guests
- Working to expand our business into other areas
The day-to-day activities of the job role would include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Inbound Calls (Guests, Maintenance, Housekeeping)
- Outbound calls (Call backs, follow-ups)
- Email Management
- Guest Management
- Scheduling cleaning & maintenance
- Ad-hoc tasks such as producing documents, spreadsheets, presentations etc.
- Strong team communication (via Slack)
- Guest Feedback Management
- Sharing our Social Media Posts
The right candidate will have a background with:
- Customer Services Experience
- Confidence in speaking to people from all countries
- Good written communication (English)
- Good verbal communication (English)
- Ability to learn new systems
The role will consist of 40+ hours per week (time to be confirmed) and our office hours are between 09:00-22:00 GMT (Weekend and holiday coverage included)
Experience in the Hospitality industry itself is not essential as full training will be given, but experience would be looked upon favourably. After training, you will be working on a rota basis with our other experienced VA.
