About Us

Role Overview

This isn't just a traditional admin role. While you will handle standard executive assistant tasks (like inbox and travel management), a massive part of your role will involve client onboarding, managing tech systems, and conducting research. You will be the backbone of our daily operations. We deeply value high autonomy; you will be given the trust and ownership to run your desk, make decisions, and ensure our B2B clients have a seamless experience from day one without someone looking over your shoulder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independent Tech & Project Support: Take ownership of onboarding new B2B clients, managing and maintaining our internal tech systems, and troubleshooting software issues independently.

  • AI Integration & Automation: Proactively leverage AI tools to optimize daily workflows, draft clear communications, speed up research, and improve internal operations.

  • Inbox & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage emails, prioritize urgent requests, and book internal/external meetings.

  • Travel Coordination: Research and book flights, accommodation, and itineraries tailored to specific preferences.

  • Expense Management: Track, organize, and manage business expenses and receipts.

  • Client Support & Research: Act as a helpful point of contact for clients and conduct deep-dive research for various business projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High Autonomy (Critical): You thrive when given a goal and left to figure out the execution. You have the confidence to work independently, make decisions on your own, and don't require hand-holding or constant supervision.

  • High-Level Tech & AI Literacy (Critical): You don't just use standard software; you love technology. You must have proven, high-level experience working with tech systems and a strong familiarity with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, or automation platforms). You have a sharp ability to rapidly learn, experiment with, and master new AI workflows on your own.

  • Fast Learner: You have the confidence and resourcefulness to learn new B2B software and platforms incredibly fast using tutorials, documentation, or quick video walkthroughs.

  • Super Organized: You love spreadsheets, systems, and keeping things orderly. Nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.

  • Efficient Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. You know how to be concise, professional, and clear.

  • Proactive Problem Solver: You look for solutions before presenting problems. If you hit a roadblock, your first instinct is to research and find a workaround independently.
