OPERATIONS SUPPORT OFFICER

specialising in CCTV, smart home technology, alarms and electrical services.
We are building a world-class backend operations team and are seeking an exceptional
Operations Support Officer to join our Philippines-based and Sydney-based division.
This is not a basic VA
role. This is a career opportunity inside a structured and growing organisation.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer inbound calls from Australian clients
• Return missed calls promptly and professionally
• Make outbound confirmation and follow-up calls
• Book quotes and jobs into our job management system
• Coordinate technician schedules accurately
• Manage shared inbox and prioritise emails
• Maintain clean and organised job documentation
• Support our team through administration Adhoc requests
• Follow up suppliers for ETAs
• Order material in time for jobs
• Understand and be the main gear behind our business operations
• Assist with invoice and payment follow-ups
• Provide basic tech support after structured training

IDEAL EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years in customer service or operations support
• Experience with scheduling systems or job management platforms
• Experience working with Australian clients preferred
• Experience handling payment reminders or follow-ups

WORKING HOURS
