Remote - South Africa
£13 per hour (R285) + uncapped performance bonuses
Initially 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to progress to a full-time, long-term position.

We're looking for quality over quantity. If you're successful, we'll invest in your training, development and long-term future with our business.

Training starts: 1st September 2026
Role starts: 15th September 2026

For over 40 years, we've helped independent clothing retailers (fashion, footwear, sportswear and schoolwear) across the UK and Ireland grow through specialist retail technology.

We're a small, established company and many of our team have been with us for years. We're looking for somebody who wants to become a long-term part of the business and grow with us.

As we grow, there may be opportunities to help develop processes, mentor future team members and take on additional responsibility.

You'll work directly with senior members of our sales team and play a key role in creating new business opportunities. Your success will have a direct impact on the growth of our business.

This is not a high-volume call centre role. We value quality conversations over high call volumes. You'll research businesses, build relationships, and create genuine sales opportunities for our senior sales team.

The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, leading conversations, identifying decision-makers, and following up consistently until opportunities are created.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with gatekeepers and decision-makers within UK & Irish retail businesses
- Identify opportunities through outbound calls, research and targeted follow-up
- Work with our sales and marketing teams to create opportunities and book online demonstrations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking

Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Persistent, organised and self-motivated
- Previous B2B sales, lead generation or appointment-setting experience
- A quiet home working environment, reliable high-speed internet and a good quality headset.
