South African Outbound Sales Representative (REMOTE - SOUTH AFRICA REQUIRED)

We're looking to bring on a high-performing outbound cold caller to help us source off-market industrial real estate opportunities across the U.S.

Primary Role:

• High-volume outbound calling

• Speaking directly with property owners

• Identifying motivated sellers

• Setting up follow up calls with owners

Who we’re looking for:

• South African with clear English

• At least 6 months of real estate experience

• At least 6 months of cold calling experience

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Coachable, disciplined, and performance-driven

Compensation:

• Hourly base pay

• Weekly performance bonuses tied to qualified leads
