Social Media Engagement & Prospect Qualifier

I run a property and media business out of London. The brand's growing fast across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and I need someone to own the front line of that - the conversations.

I'm gonna be real with you about what this is, because it'll save us both time.

This is daily, hands-on engagement work. Replying to comments, opening DMs, reaching out to people in our audience, and qualifying prospects over WhatsApp who've come through from our content.

It's repetitive by nature - some days it's a lot of the same thing, over and over.

If you read that and your gut says "I'd rather be building systems or running operations" - this isn't the role for you, and that's completely fine.

I've hired the wrong person for exactly this reason before. I'm not looking for someone who wants to redesign the business. I'm looking for someone who's genuinely good at the front line and wants to stay great at it.

Here's the part that makes it interesting: you're talking to real people, with real money, deciding whether to trust us. So I don't want a robot copy-pasting scripts.

I need someone who can actually hold a conversation - tell the difference between a time-waster and a serious buyer, warm someone up without sounding like a call centre, and qualify them properly so my closer only ever speaks to the right people.

Day-to-Day:

• Responding to comments across IG, TikTok and Facebook

• DM outreach to people engaging with our content

• Qualifying inbound prospects over WhatsApp

• Testing new angles - better openers, sharper replies

• This is for you if:

  • Your English is strong and you sound natural in writing

  • You've done customer-facing or sales conversation work before

  • You actually enjoy the back-and-forth with people

  • You work independently with minimal hand-holding and reply fast

  • You want a role you can grow into full-time, not a stopgap
    

  This is not for you if:

  • You see front-line engagement as beneath you

  • You go quiet without being chased

  • You're applying to everything and didn't read this properly
    

  One more thing - this is a small, fast-moving team. The core is engagement and qualification, but some weeks I'll need a hand with admin, finance chasing, or random ad hoc bits.
  

  If your instinct is "that's not my job" - we won't work. If your instinct is "sure, send it over" - we'll get on great.

  This row will start at 30 hrs/week, and will eventually scale to full-time within 6 months as volume grows.
  

  Works as a consistent daily block (roughly 10am–3pm UK time, Mon–Sat) so you're present and responsive during our peak window. Okay, just send me an updated version of that specific line right there, nothing else

  
  Pay: $7/hr to start (~$900/month for ~30 hrs/week), plus performance bonuses on top for qualified prospects and conversions.
  

  Reviews every 8–12 weeks, with pay moving up as you prove out and as hours scale toward full-time.
