Job Description

Novantro is a Reddit Marketing Agency helping B2B companies and agencies generate revenue from Reddit.

We are a lean, founder-led team currently doing $30k–$40k in monthly revenue and growing fast. That means two things for you: your work has direct, visible impact on the business, and there is real room to grow into bigger roles (senior SDR, sales lead, account management) as we scale.

We generate leads through paid ads, Google search, and outbound campaigns and we need someone to make sure none of those leads fall through the cracks.

The Role

You are the first human voice from Novantro. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: call new leads within 5 minutes, qualify them, and make sure they are warm, ready-to-buy.

Speed matters. A lead that gets called in 5 minutes converts dramatically better than one called in 30. You are the reason our pipeline converts.

What You'll Do

Daily

  • Monitor incoming leads from ads, our website, and outbound campaigns

  • Call every new lead within 5 minutes of form submission no exceptions

  • Reach out to partial form submissions and incomplete applications

  • Qualify prospects with discovery questions to determine fit

  • Handle objections and answer questions about our service confidently

  • Send reminders and confirmations to reduce no-shows

  • Follow up persistently with leads who did not answer the first call

  • Log every conversation and update the CRM in real time

You Own

  • Speed-to-lead (under 5 minutes, always)

  • Lead qualification quality

  • Calendar bookings that actually show up

  • The prospect's first impression of Novantro

Who You Are

  • Native-level English: spoken and written. You can hold your own with US founders and executives.

  • Phone-confident. You are comfortable picking up the phone cold and building confidence inside the first 30 seconds.

  • Quick on your feet. You can handle objections without freezing.

  • Organized and reliable. You can call 20 leads in different stages without losing track.

  • Available during US business hours (full overlap required).

  • Driven by outcomes. You care about calls booked and shows, not hours worked.

Bonus points for:

  • Prior SDR, appointment setter, or high-ticket sales experience

  • Experience selling to B2B founders, agencies, or marketing teams

  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Close, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel)

  • Understanding of Reddit, SEO, or digital marketing

Compensation

  • Base: $1,000 – $2,000 per month (based on experience)

  • Growth: First hire at this level. Clear path to senior SDR, sales lead, or AM as we grow.
