We are hiring a highly organised and confident Acquisitions & Onboarding Manager to support the growth and daily operations of our rapidly expanding UK property management company.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to become a key part of a professional and fast-growing remote team.
This role combines:
acquisitions support
onboarding coordination
owner communication
operational administration
You will work closely with the director and wider operations team to help manage new enquiries, coordinate onboarding tasks, and maintain excellent partner relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
Acquisitions Support
Responding to inbound landlord enquiries
Calling and following up potential clients
Booking appointments with the director
Managing and updating the pipeline
Property Onboarding
Coordinating remote property onboarding with suppliers
Managing onboarding checklists and timelines
Supporting administrative onboarding tasks
Landlord Relations
Managing a shared inbox with the director
Responding to general landlord questions
Internally alerting requests with the operations team
Escalating important issues when required
Helping maintain excellent landlord communication

MCPI Hosting is a rapidly growing UK-based property management company specialising in high-quality short-term accommodation for business travellers, contractors and holiday guests across the UK.
We invest heavily in clear systems and processes so the team can work efficiently and focus on delivering excellent service.
Our goal is to expand our managed property portfolio, strengthen our presence in existing markets, and grow into new locations.
We market our properties on major Online Travel Agents (OTAs) such as Airbnb and Booking.com.
IDEAL CANDIDATES:
The following experience is advantageous but not essential as full training and SOPs will be provided:
Customer service
Property management
Hospitality
Airbnb or Booking.com knowledge
CRM or inbox management
Administrative coordination
Remote team environments
WORKING HOURS
This role will begin part-time for 1-2 week’s training, then shifting to 40 hours per week.
Shift times will be UK business hours between 09:00 and 17:00 GMT.
Pay will increase as the business grows for reliable, high-performing team members who demonstrate consistency and initiative.
