The Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious and professional Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about recruitment, relationship management, and delivering exceptional results in a specialist market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to successful placements.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Conduct candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.

  • Identify and attract high-quality childcare professionals through various recruitment channels.

  • Provide consultative advice to clients regarding recruitment solutions and market insights.

  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the recruitment database.

  • Achieve individual and team performance targets.

  • Deliver a professional and responsive service that reflects the company's values and reputation.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Professional, confident, and highly motivated approach.

  • Experience within childcare recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
