We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support our team in managing the full lifecycle of real estate transactions from contract to close.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from executed contract through closing
- Review and organize purchase agreements, addendums, disclosures, and all transaction-related documents
- Communicate proactively with agents, clients, title companies, lenders, and inspectors to ensure smooth and timely closings
- Track deadlines, contingency dates, and closing schedules to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Maintain and update transaction management software with current status and documentation
- Prepare and send closing checklists, reminders, and status updates to all relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate regulations and company procedures
- Provide administrative support to agents including scheduling, email management, and document preparation
Requirements:
Strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential — this is a non-negotiable requirement
- Prior experience in real estate transaction coordination, property administration, or a closely related field preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and/or Microsoft Office
- Experience with transaction management platforms (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope, or similar) is a plus
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
- Available during US business hours (overlap required)
This is a fully remote position. Compensation is ZAR 18,000 per month. We are a growing team and offer a stable, long-term opportunity for the right candidate.
