We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping high-revenue, service-based businesses scale their operations. We are looking for a hungry, self-motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter based in South Africa to join our team part-time. The Role & Schedule
Hours: 20 hours per week (Part-Time).
Shift Times: Must be able to work during US business hours (e.g., Afternoon/Evening South African Time, overlapping with EST or CST).
Location: 100% Remote (Based in South Africa).
Your primary focus is calling lead lists of business owners, navigating gatekeepers, handling objections, and booking them into a 15-minute discovery call on our calendar via Google Meet.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound cold/warm calls daily to business owners using our provided lead sheets and dialer systems.
Present our agency’s value proposition clearly and confidently to decision-makers.
Overcome objections professionally (e.g., "We don't need marketing," "I'm too busy").
Secure qualified appointments on our calendar and ensure all lead data is logged accurately.
Requirements
Flawless English Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills with a confident, professional phone manner.
Experience: 1–2 years of outbound cold calling or telesales experience (B2B experience or calling international markets is highly preferred).
Tech Requirements: A reliable laptop/PC, a high-quality noise-canceling headset, and a stable, high-speed fiber internet connection (with backup power/UPS to handle any loadshedding disruptions).
Workspace: A quiet, professional, distraction-free home office environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: R1,624.00 ZAR per week (R81.20 ZAR / hour) for 20 hours of work.
Generous Commission: Earn a lucrative bonus (paid in ZAR equivalent) for every qualified Google Meet appointment that successfully shows up to the meeting.
Growth Opportunity: High performers can easily scale this into a full-time position or transition into an Account Closer role.
