Outbound Appointment Setter for Grooming Supply & Sharpening Company

Groomers Friend is hiring a remote appointment setter to call and text grooming shops, mobile groomers, and veterinarians through our GoHighLevel CRM.

You will be booking appointments for:

• Clipper blade sharpening

• Scissor sharpening

• Veterinary shear sharpening

• Dryer repair

• Pickup/drop-off service

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to grooming shops and veterinary offices

• Send follow-up texts through GoHighLevel

• Book sharpening and dryer repair appointments

• Add notes and update lead status in the CRM

• Follow a simple call script in a friendly, natural way

Requirements

• Clear, fluent English with little to no accent

• Friendly, professional phone presence

• Comfortable making outbound calls daily

• Good written English for texts and CRM notes

• Reliable internet and quiet work environment

• Appointment-setting, sales, or CRM experience preferred

• GoHighLevel experience is a plus

Compensation

$5 USD/hour + $3 USD per qualified appointment booked

Once trained, a strong caller can typically book 2–3 qualified appointments per hour, which equals approximately $11–$14 USD/hour depending on performance.

A qualified appointment means a confirmed sharpening or dryer repair appointment entered correctly into GoHighLevel with complete notes.

Schedule:

Part-time to start. Must be available during Pacific Time business hours.
