Job Description

We’re a U.S.-based video-first marketing agency working with local service businesses (home services, construction, medical, automotive, etc.). Our ads are built to convert, not just look good. We test aggressively, iterate fast, and scale what works.

We’re looking for a performance-driven graphic designer who understands Meta ads, creative testing, and conversion psychology.

If you love creating high-volume ad variations, analyzing what works, and optimizing for results, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be responsible for creating static and simple motion graphic ads used in Facebook and Instagram campaigns. Your main focus is on producing many variations for testing different hooks, headlines, layouts, and angles.

You’ll take proven frameworks and turn them into multiple creative versions that we can test and scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Create high-converting static ad creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Produce large batches of ad variations quickly (copy, layout, colors, formats)
Adapt creatives for different hooks, offers, and audiences
Work from clear ad angles, scripts, and frameworks provided by our team
Optimize existing ads by creating new variations from winners
Follow brand guidelines while still testing new ideas
Collaborate with our video and ads team to improve performance

Requirements:
Strong experience designing ads specifically for Facebook & Instagram
Proven understanding of what makes ads convert (hooks, contrast, clarity, CTA)
Experience creating multiple variations of the same concept for testing
Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
Strong English comprehension (copy will often be provided)
Experience with Canva and/or Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience working with U.S.-based clients or agencies is a big plus

Big Plus If You Have:
Experience with local service business ads (home services, medical, construction, etc.)
Understanding of ad fatigue and creative testing cycles
Basic knowledge of Meta ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions)
Simple motion graphics or animated static ads
