Loan Officer Assistant (Sales)

Investor Property Loan is looking for a motivated Junior Loan Officer to join our growing team. We specialize in financing investment properties and work with clients on products including DSCR loans and fix-and-flip loans.

What you’ll do

• Cold call & Prospect Leads

• Speak with potential clients to understand financing needs

• Help qualify clients for loan products based on property type, loan purpose, credit profile, and deal structure

• Assist in structuring deals for DSCR, bridge, rehab, and rental property loans

• Follow up with leads, past clients, and referral partners in a professional and timely manner

• Learn loan guidelines and stay current on investor-focused financing products

• Highly organized with attention to detail

• Coachable, and hungry to grow in sales and real estate finance

• Comfortable speaking on the phone and building relationships

• Sales, real estate, lending, or customer service experience is a plus

• Interest in investment real estate is strongly preferred

Preferred qualifications

• Sales or Customer Support Experience

• Familiarity with DSCR, investment property lending, or mortgage sales is a plus
