Investor Property Loan is a specialized mortgage brokerage focused exclusively on investment property financing. We work with real estate investors on DSCR loans, fix-and-flip bridge loans, rental portfolio loans, ground-up construction, and hard/private money. Our clients are active investors — people who buy, flip, rent, and build. This is not a W-2 world. It moves fast and it pays well for the right person.

We're hiring a Junior Loan Originator who wants to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a full producer. This is a sales-first role. You will be on the phone every single day — prospecting, building relationships, qualifying deals, and following up relentlessly. If you want a desk job where you just process paperwork, this isn't for you. If you want to earn serious commissions and eventually run your own book of business in investment real estate finance, this is your seat.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Cold calling and prospecting real estate investors, flippers, landlords, and referral partners

  • - Building and managing a pipeline of active leads through consistent daily outreach

  • - Qualifying borrowers based on deal type, property, credit profile, and loan purpose

  • - Learning to structure deals across DSCR, bridge, rehab, and private money programs

  • - Following up aggressively — no lead goes cold on your watch

  • - Staying current on investor loan products, guidelines, and market trends

  • - Supporting the senior loan originator on larger and more complex deals

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine hunger for sales — this is non-negotiable

  • - Fluent, professional English — perfect comprehension and clear phone presence

  • - Someone who is coachable and has a growth mindset

  • - High energy, self-discipline, and the ability to work independently

  • - Strong communication skills — you're persuasive, clear, and confident on calls

  • - Organized and detail-oriented — you keep your pipeline clean and your follow-ups tight

  • - Prior experience in sales, financial services, real estate, or phone-based outreach is a strong plus

  • - Genuine interest in investment real estate (you don't have to be an investor, but you need to care about the space)

Preferred Background:

  • B2B or B2C sales experience, especially phone or outbound

  • - Experience in mortgage, lending, real estate, or financial services

  • - Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management

  • - Any exposure to DSCR loans, hard money, or investment property financing is a big plus — but not required
