We are a leading UK-based short-let property management company looking to break through a growth plateau. We are seeking a relentless, consultative Senior Sales Representative based in South Africa to take full ownership of our pipeline and drive new property acquisitions across the UK and South Africa.
This is a pure hunter role. You will be cloning an already proven, highly successful remote sales workflow. Your primary objective is to identify, pitch, and sign UK property owners, landlords, and developers onto our premium short-term rental management platform.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Pipeline Generation: Actively source new leads using property portals, social media platforms, direct marketing, and existing databases.
Consultative Pitching & Closing: Conduct high-impact video discovery calls and sales presentations with UK property owners to demonstrate how our short-let management maximizes their rental yield.
Deal Structuring & Deal Calculations: Run quick property yield assessments using our internal pricing tools to present clear, data-driven revenue projections to potential clients.
CRM Management: Maintain flawless data hygiene within our CRM, ensuring every lead, follow-up, and deal stage is meticulously tracked and moved forward.
Objection Handling: Confidently navigate common landlord concerns regarding short-term letting, local UK regulations, maintenance, and guest vetting.
Contract Negotiation: Take leads from initial contact all the way through to a signed management agreement, ensuring seamless handoff to our operations team.
What We Are Looking For
Proven B2B Sales Track Record (Mandatory): 5+ years of high-ticket outbound sales, inside sales, or business development experience. Real estate or property management sales experience is a massive plus.
The "Hunter" Mindset: A self-motivated closer who loves the thrill of outbound prospecting, follows up relentlessly, and is driven by an uncapped commission structure.
Impeccable UK Communcation: Flawless spoken and written English. You must possess the professional polish and accent neutrality needed to build instant trust with premium UK property investors over Zoom and phone.
Data-Comfortable: Ability to understand basic real estate metrics (e.g., ROI, gross yields, occupancy rates) and present numbers confidently to prospects.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with modern CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce) and remote communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Loom).
