Job Title: Full-Time Inbound Sales Rep — Warm Leads from US Real Estate Agents
Type: Full-time, 40 hrs/week Schedule: US Pacific business hours (approx. 6pm–3am SA time). This is a permanent night shift — please only apply if this genuinely works for your life.
The short version: We give you tons of warm inbound leads every day and it's an easy close. Your job is to pick up the phone, be friendly, and take the order. No cold calling. No prospecting. No chasing.
Please read through the entire job listing before applying, spam applicants will get immediately thrown out.
Pay: $10/hr effective for average performers. $15/hr effective for top performers. Our current rep made $1,700 last week.
Here's how it breaks down:
$6/hr base — guaranteed, paid weekly
8% uncapped commission on every closed sale
Strong reps in this role can earn $500–$1,500/week in commissions on top of base, depending on close rate and whether they're landing upsells (websites, retainers, bigger packages). Top performers consistently hit the upper end of that range by closing high-ticket add-ons, not just the core staging package.
About the role:
We're a fast-growing virtual staging company that sells photo packages to US real estate agents. Our marketing generates a steady flow of warm inbound leads every day (agents who've already expressed interest in our service and just need someone to walk them through the order)
Your job is simple: pick up the phone, build rapport, answer their questions, and close the sale.
This is a phone-heavy role. You'll be on calls most of the day. No cold calling. No prospecting. Just warm, ready-to-buy agents who want to know more about our product.
Room to grow: Our staging package is the entry point, we're rolling out higher-ticket products (agent websites, monthly retainers, and more) that you'll be able to pitch and earn commission on as you prove yourself. Commissions on these can range from $50-500 per.
Reps who can spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities will significantly outearn the base.
What we're looking for:
Fluent English with a neutral, warm, conversational accent: Americans need to feel immediately comfortable. If you have worked with american clients before, please mention that.
Genuinely enjoy talking to people and can build rapport fast. Realtors like to talk a lot.
Confident on the phone: not stiff, not scripted, not nervous
Quick-thinking, you can handle "how is this different from the other company I called?" without fumbling
A natural sense for when a customer might want more than they called for
Reliable, this is a long-term role, not a gig
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office setup
Nice to have:
Prior experience selling to US clients
Real estate, photography, or SaaS sales background
BPO experience with US-based campaigns
Experience with upsell / cross-sell motions
What success looks like in month 1:
Closing warm leads at a strong conversion rate
Handling 10–20 inbound conversations per day comfortably
Representing our brand with warmth and professionalism
Building rapport so agents refer their colleagues
How to apply:
First, reply to this job listing. Second, please send a Loom video of your spoken English explaining your history in sales and why you think you are a good fit for this role. Our website is FastStager.com if you'd like further context.

Please do not be lazy and just read off of a script, that is a waste of both your time and my time.

In your video, please include the following:
A 2–3 minute intro covering your sales background and why you're a fit for this role
A roleplay: pretend a US realtor just said "I already have a photographer I've worked with for years — why would I switch?" Respond as if you were on a live call. (60 seconds max.)
Your availability in PST (California) time
Confirmation that a permanent US Pacific night shift works for you
