We are hiring a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant for a growing staffing and recruitment company. This is a full-time remote role for a US-based company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, speaking with candidates, managing recruitment pipelines, and supporting clients throughout the hiring process. The successful candidate will primarily recruit healthcare professionals for US-based medical aesthetics and wellness practices, including nurse practitioners, registered nurses, estheticians, and other licensed healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, attract, and engage qualified healthcare professionals for US-based clients.
Recruit for roles including nurse practitioners, registered nurses, injectors, estheticians, physician assistants, medical assistants, and other healthcare-related positions.
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit.
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.
Assist with onboarding coordination, document collection, credential verification, background checks, and compliance requirements.
Build talent pools and proactively identify future hiring opportunities.
Track recruitment metrics and provide updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and placement progress.
Support administrative recruitment functions, including scheduling, reporting, and client communication.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal team members to ensure successful placements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience working within a staffing agency or recruitment firm..
Experience recruiting for US-based healthcare, medical, nursing, allied health, or clinical support roles.
Strong understanding of healthcare job titles, licensing requirements, and healthcare hiring processes in the United States.
Experience working remotely in a professional environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting nurse practitioners, registered nurses, physician assistants, medical assistants, or other licensed healthcare professionals.
Familiarity with healthcare credentialing and compliance requirements.
Experience supporting high-volume recruiting environments.
Previous experience recruiting for aesthetic medicine, wellness, dermatology, plastic surgery, or healthcare-related practices is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Pay:
Full-time position; US business hours in the Pacific Time Zone
Typical schedule: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM SAST
This is a fully remote role for a US-based company
Pay ranges from R14,000 – R18,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications
